American River Infusion Services is dedicated to bringing infusion therapy to our patients in an environment that they feel safe and comfortable.

Phillip McMillan
FOUNDER
The American River organization was founded in 2014 by Phillip McMillan, a registered nurse with 20 years of experience and a genuine passion for people, patient care and team work. Since its inception, American River has provided home health services to over 20,000 patients in the greater Sacramento area and grown into 5 different organizations. All services that American River offers allow our patients to be independent or remain in the comforts of their own home. Optimal health, reduction in hospitalizations, and overall patient/family member satisfaction are the utmost importance to me and the American River team.

Jennifer Collard
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Jen joined the American River organization 5+ years ago as Community Relations Director. Prior to joining the American River team, she worked in Home Infusion field in the Sacramento area for 4 years. Jen has a genuine passion for people and quality care. She is excited to return to home infusion and looks forward to going above and beyond to provide quality Infusion services to the community.

Isaac Miller
DIRECTOR OF PHARMACY
A Texas native, Isaac Miller obtained his Pharm. D. from the University of Texas at Austin. He gained an immense passion for home infusion when he was introduced to the field in 2015. This passion and commitment for patient care and empowerment has lead him to join the American River team as the Director of Pharmacy. His responsibilities are to implement, monitor, and maintain pharmacy processes to assure we are providing the highest quality of care.
